Firewire iPod Cables from Griffin
Ok, so Apple doesn't include a FireWire cable anymore when you buy an iPod. Griffin Technology is trying to help: They now offer two, 48-inch FireWire cables for iPods.The Dock400 supports standard FireWire, while the Dock800 is for REALLY fast file stransfers (assuming you have FireWire 800, of course).
Nothing fancy here-- just connectivity. These cables are compatible with iPod Photo, iPod Mini, and both 3rd and 4th Generation iPods.
It is not worth noting (but I'm gonna anyway) that Griffin has paid Apple's ransom and can now display the Made for iPod badge for these products.The Dock400 ans Dock800 sell for $14.99 and $18.99, respectively.
