Save your outdated iPod peripherals
Battery Technology International (BTI) is about to start shipping an accessory that puts new life into your iPod peripherals: the u-Link.If you have a new iPod, but your old peripherals used the iPod Remote connector (which Apple eliminated on the iPod nano and the 5G iPod), you can use them again. The u-Link connects to the Dock connector, and then provides a headphone jack and a remote jack.
One short-coming: BTI says it will not work with voice input devices such as the Griffin iTalk or the Belkin Voice Recorder.
