Plantronics Bluetooth Wireless Headphones
Plantronics has announced a set of high-fidelity headphones and a universal adapter which give you wireless listening for any device that has a headphone jack. The Pulsar 590 headphones also allow you to switch over easily to answer a call on your mobile phone (yep, the 590s include an omni-directional microphone).
Similar in function to the iMuffs, the Pulsar 590s are likely to be a more solid product (Plantronics makes some good stuff), but they lack the high level of integration with the iPod which the iMuufs provide. The Pulsar 590 headphones are expected to be available this fall, starting at $149.99.
Keep your Shuffle Warm with the iParka
The iPod Shuffle is attracting a lot of neat accessories, but I must admit this is one of the more original items I've seen: The iParka.
Well, actually, it's called the inCLUDE, but the team over at Gizmodo coined "iParka," and I like that a lot better.Yes, it is just what it appears to be: A tiny little hooded jacket for your iPod Shuffle, and it hangs around your neck. Too bad the web site is only in Japanese!
